I was interested in setting up an alarm system in the home because of frequent travels. Through my research online and on Angies list, I settled on three companies to try. One company, Smith, doesn't work this area but said they'd refer me to a partner company. ADC had some good information and I liked the digital panel but they seemed a pricey and the sales rep seemed a bit pushy. So I contacted ASG Security. Vicki called me back that same day and we scheduled a visit at my home after work. She went over all aspects, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She was quite pleasant and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't need. She told me to get back with her when I decided which I did, the next day. The tech arrived a week later a bit late, but he was nice enough to call and let me know he was running late which I very much appreciated. The install took about an hour or so including software updates and programing. He told me what all he was doing, politely answered my questions, and walked me through the process of alarming, disarming, etc. Very professional. The alarm panel is digital, easy to setup and use, and there's even a phone app I can use all at a lower cost than ADC.
I haven't really had a problem yet although I did run into a minor billing issue when I got a new debit card but i called Vicki and she gave me the right number to call and that was that! All of my support and billing info is handled out of the McAllen office but I guess Vicki handles this area. I defintaly recommend asking for Vicki!

Took 8 hrs mostly due to Programing of Sensors, which required installer to call in and report serial numbers of devices, function and instant or delay settings.
