I didn't use this company for a few reasons. 1) I was concerned of what else might be forgotten when they did the actual fencing. 2) I didn't like doing business with a video cam b/c I like to actually meet the person I'm doing business with and look them in the eye 3) The price was higher than I wanted to pay.
Description of Work: I called and spoke with Mr. Ron Staline and requested three separate estimates for fences. MR. I called and spoke with Mr. Ron Staline requesting three separated estimates for fence., He stated he would send the (3) estimates in about 15 minutes to my email address b/c he would look over the areas by video cam. When I didn't receive them I called him back in approximately 30 minutes asking if there was a problem. He stated he would send them right away b/c he forgot to click on 'send' before. I received them about 10 minutes later. He then called me stating he forgot to include one of the estimates so he would redo the format of the previous email and re-send all. He stated that it would be awhile b/c he had to make a delivery first. Much later I did receive the (3) estimates.
