I had to ask them to clean under the bed. After the first visit I asked them to either use the dry Swiffer or mop. It still never felt clean. The black stove didn't shine. The stainless steel sink didn't look scrubbed. Then a day after their last visit, my 1 carat diamond ring was gone from the jewelry box. I called her and they both deny taking it. I have filed a police report. She told me customers often lost their rings and found them later. Hmmmm. She also told me cats are known to play with small objects. Yes, I know, that's why I always put it in my jewelry box. It was a hard lesson. Obviously, I cannot recommend them. I will try to update the report if I get any more news from the police.

I use her twice monthly. The number one thing I can say about her is that she is dependable. She is very honest and I don't ever have to worry about whether I am here or not. I am not familiar with the pricing but I would imagine it is normal. She does a very good job but there are a couple little details that she forgets. That could be a difference of opinion on what is clean and what is not clean.
