The technicia was on time. After having been through a nightmare of an experience with another company that never did install a working system (after 10 hours of trying!), it was a pleasure to have this experience. The technician did not have all needed equipment and it only took him 15 minutes to go to the office and retrieve it. The system was completely installed in about 2 hours, the mess completely cleaned up, he was professional, friendly and courteous. He honored my Angies List coupon. He walked me through the entire system at my pace and left me with written instructions and his number if I had any problems. I would recommend them HIGHLY.
