From the first meeting with Amanda this company has been stellar in their customer service, decorating and product knowledge, and ease of scheduling services. Their installers were professional, very courteous and respectful of my home and belongings, and expert in their work. My new vinyl plank floors and beautiful patio tile are gorgeous and have completely transformed my home and lifestyle. I am looking to have Alexanders Carpet One help me with my next home improvement project. I highly recommend this family-owned company because they treated me like one of their own.

We spent a long time with many visits to the store to choose the flooring we wanted. The estimator padded his estimate in 3 ways so if we had gone with his recommendation we would have had over 2 boxes 6ft. Communication regarding delivery of materials was not good, but we are very pleaseed with the end result.

Product is beautifully installed and exactly what I wanted!  Working with the owner, Doris, was a joy and I definitely recommend using this company!

My wife and I were very pleased with the job from start to finish. Replacement of the old flooring with new was an amazing faecelift and transformation. We feel like were living in a new house. The work duration and execution went off exactly as planned. We chose Alexander's after reading favorable reviews last year on Angie's list, which spoke highly of Doris Garza (Co-Owner) and the installer (Ricky) and they were fabulous (lived up to their reputations). Doris was very pleasant and helpful through-out the entire process, and even gave us a 8% credit due to lower pricing on the laminate (there were no extras added to the final bill). Doris Garza and staff are very accommodating. Lastly, Ricky (installer) exceeded our expectations with his dedication and great work ethic. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our schedule and priortirs was outstanding! Ricky gave us serveal helpful recommendations on caring for the laminate, such as putting "felt pads" on the feet of all the furniture. Although we paid to move furniture, I packed up much of the house into moving boxes to make the job go smoother. Depsite this, there was still a lot of things to move, but Ricky and two great co-workers (Joe & Josh) never complained and were exceedingly careful. The 3.25" glossy white baseboards put a really beautiful finish to the laminate flooring installation. Ricky not only mitered the joint, but copped them and caulked all seams to invisibility. We plan to do business again in the future with Alexander's. 
PS - We paid for composite baseboards with a flat primer coat, but there was a problem on the order/deilivery, so Doris replaced them with wood and had them primered and painted (glossy white) at no added cost to us. What a pleasant surprise.

The job is going very well, and I have been very pleased so far. I have already paid for half the job and I will pay for the rest when they are finished. I bought wood for $499 a square foot, but it was what they call an extreme value in their store. That was the better price than anything I had found, plus it’s a more unique wood than I had found. They have great customer service; they are very helpful in the shop. I have been recommending them already. The person that they use to lay their floor works for them. His name is Ricky, and he is the one doing the hard work here. The store people have handled their end. This young man has worked himself, and he has very hard for me for the last week. He is the one doing a really terrific job, and he takes a lot of pride in his work.

I would recommend them. We went to their store. They let us take the board which had the tile we were interested in. They had different designs and shapes of tiles. We had all our questions answered. We set a date. The two guys who came did an excellent job. It took them two and half days. They did good job. The work done was wonderful. They always asked questions before they did anything, which was regarding the floor. I would call them back to do some more work. If they had questions they would come back to me, as I was there. I was happy with the price. There were no cracks in the tiles. I had no issues with them. They were very nice young men. I would surely use them in the future if anything came up.
