Not good... see above.  The ratings I gave were for the end result.  The quality of the unit is good, but the fact they didn't finish the job of anchoring the unit down per Texas Windstorm requirements made me give them an F in quality and punctuality.  They were punctual in installing the unit.  The price was rated an F because of the amount of "extras" we were charged that were not received like the cost for anchoring and city permit and excessive removal amount that he did not tell us we would be charged for.  $600 seems pretty high considering the freon will more than likely be resold to someone else and the unit would be sold for scrap. The F in professionalism should be a double F.  He would not even let me talk, but instead screamed at me whenever he talked to me.  Sad.

The longest and most tedious part of this experience was getting our homeowners warranty co. to find an air conditioning repair co to provide service.  Rene came out after receiving a work order and performed the diagnosis and repair in less than 5 minutes, to my amazement. It was a simple repair for him ofcourse. We appreciated his friendly, competent an professional manner.  He even called later to make sure everything was working and the house was cooling off. He explained  a question that I had at that time also.  His normal charge for the call and diagnosis is 65.00.  The repair cost and parts is in addition to this.  our cost does not include the total and my receipt does not reflect the actual cost, only the deductable the 75.00.
