It went great. Gary was very responsive and professional during the entire experience, even putting up with my nosy dogs. He leveled my A/C, which was the first problem, and then crawled under my house to fix the drainage issue. He was very quick with the repairs and now I no longer have to use buckets to catch the excess water! Thanks Gary!
