3 Brothers Chimney and Airducts

Service selected was not the correct, but cleaning a roof top dryer vent wasn't listed. Was called to clean out a dryer vent on the roof. Quoted me $350 to do a "thorough clean, which consisted of chemical cleaning along with lint removal. He "thinks" he found the right pipe. When I asked him if he did the chemical he said no. Why did he say no, because he wasn't sure which pipe was the correct one. One goes to the Heater, one goes to the hot water heater and the not sure about the others. I asked him, so if the full service you quoted me for was not done, will the price come down, the answer was no. I paid him. So honestly, I have no clue at this point if my dryer vent was cleaned or not. And I don't think he knew either. I was responsible for paying the young man. I should not have paid full price quoted. I'll have to call a different company who will take the time to find out exactly where this pipe vents. And the company I wrote the check to was not the company I called.

Fast, Friendly service

Very disappointed in $99 offer. Inspection just told me what I knew, my chimney pipe was dirty. Then the general cleaning was cleaning an already clean fireplace that took about 5 minutes. Would not recommend people falling for this offer thinking you are going to get your chimney cleaned. Deep cleaning estimate was over $300. Did not use this company.

â I would highly recommend 3 Brothers! Shon was our technician who called 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. My original appointment was for an inspection of our new to us but older homeâ s fireplace/chimney. Our chimney required a few repairs due to weather related wear and tear. Shon was able to do the inspection and all the repairs in one appointment. He provided pictures from the inspection explaining every repair that would need to be done and provided pictures before and after repairs were done. Shon was so pleasant to work with. Iâ m so happy with all aspects of our service and will continue to use 3 Brothers for future annual inspections and cleanings

I would highly recommend 3 Brothers for any work you may need. We had a gas log system installed, deep cleaning of our fireplace and repairs on our chimney.Shon and dean were very thorough, responsive and professional. No hard sell on any items. Great guys and a great company.
