Drew-Tronics Media Systems

Similar to the prior rater, had Drew-Tronics install an intercom system in my house, along with pre-wiring for a security camera system and home theater. The prices were extremely high, compared to the products used. The intercom install was a long, drawn-out process requiring numerous visits,thousands of dollars and I still cannot use the system. Their installation technicians could not figure out how to wire the intercom stations, and they did not provide an operation manual to me. Worse yet, they are incredibly dishonest. They were missing (they lost) a piece of the system. Instead of purchasing that part they lost, they ordered an entire new system from a vendor, took the missing piece out (stole it), and then returned that system to the vendor claiming it was shipped to them incomplete (missing the part they kept). Don't waste your precious time or money on this business. Trust me, you can't afford to do business with them.

It didn't go well at all. The technician was completely incompetent. He came out to the house three times and each time the situation got worse. I finally had to call another vender to fix the problem. I would not use them again.
