I paid for the labor only and the fans. Everything else was included in the price. He was fast, efficient and professional. His work was perfect. I contacted Mr. Wallace and told him what I wanted done. He came to my house within 3 hours. He gave me the estimated cost of $900.00 and said he would have it done in 2 or 3 days at the most. I had called 5 other home repair businesses who were too much in price or said it would be at least one or two weeks to start. Their estimates ranged from $1200-$3000.

He and I went to pick out paint and he started the next day. He was completely respectful and clean. He finished in 4 days. The work was beautiful and absolutely perfect. I had been given the price of $1300.00. The work he did deserved much more. Very good job!t
