AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We only got our security deposit back after threatening to sue (they are required to return it within 30 days - it was more like 75 days). They continually had excuses - "the person who did that quit", "our computers have a virus", etc. Landlords should beware - you are the ones who will ultimately get sued if you use Re/Max Platinum as a management company and they don't return deposits, and Texas law provides for triple the amount of the deposit plus $100 and attorney's costs if a landlord violates the security deposit rules. Check out their rating with the BBB (F) if you have any questions.
