 + 0 moreim out over $5000 , im being sued by the buyer for failure to disclose , all the while ive done nothing ,but trust these people , with selling my house , by the time this is over with attorney fees and all it would of been cheaper to give my home to charity
Description of Work: this agency is owned by one of the areas most notorious slumlords (5 star) paul liggens , on avert the negative publicity they keep the two seperate entities, but they are very much the same , dont think for a second that if your under a contract , they work for you , as they have no ethics and ofter will play as a double agent behind your back
