very courteous, very freindly, did job right the first time

I have used this body shop four times and only one time did I have to take my car back for touch up work. we are happy with them there service has been very excellent and we will continue to use them for our body work on our vehicles. our insurance recommended them and so far we do too.

Right now I'm waiting for parts to come in that should have been
replaced in the First place. these are part you don't normal see unless
you get under the car and really look. the reason I found out was
that when I turn out of the driveway I heard a rubbing noise coming from
the right front tire. Upon looking they had forgot to insert the
proper fasteners and replace the wheel well covering that was damaged,
along with two other under carriage piece that had missing bolts and
broken tabs so they were just flapping in the wind and hanging lower
that they should. My horn doesn't sound the same and so I figured that was damage and not checked during the fixing of my car. The hood latch work really weak after I got my car back. Work fine before the damage, but they told
me that latch had just dried out, REALLY? so lets spray it with something. My
hubby told them it will be done right this time or else. I sure hope so
and hope to get a call from them soon, so they can fix their wrong.
As for the other vehicles we had there. one my son's car they refused to
fixed damage cause by a deer hitting his car that was underneath, as in
their words, and quot;that was not cause by the hitting of a deerand quot; and in turn
has now ruin the engine mounts. They do a great job on the FACIAL WORK
of the vehicle, but forget to check anything underneath. and I told my
son to clean out his car, he didn't so he had a large book of CD's taken
out of his car. Or Stolen, so to speak. We had our pickup in there
also and their tried to by using aftermarket parts that did not fit the
truck at all, we had to tell them twice that was not going to cut it and
after a while they did it right but cost us four more day in the shop,
along with Three time of repainting the back bumper to get it the right
color, which was BLACK in the first place. So beside being slow, not
doing a good job, taking longer than told, and only doing cosmetic work
and forgetting to check for underneath damage, I'd say go to some other
place to have the work done. I still should also have the alignment checked and that tire balance to make sure all is right.

Took way to long and employees are very rude unless your one of the boys.
