Last Call Remodeling

Contractor did not start job on initial date indicated, but once work was started, it was completed in a timely and professional manner. Cost was a little higher than initial estimate because more of the deck support structure had to be replaced than in original estimate. Resulting cedar deck with fence was very attractive and met code requirements.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! They do no not warranty there work. Once they get paid there gone. I dont even live less than a half a mile from Mr. Yearing (JD) and they couldnt make it to my house in time, they wont waranty there work which would only take and hour to hour and half max. It was my mistake for looking at trying tosave to much money. Looks like I pinched one to many penny's. Take my warning as you want but I will say ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

1) Soffit repair looks great. Cannot tell that it was replaced. Mr. Yearian managed to take it all apart, put in the new piece of soffit, and finish within timeframe that was given. I repainted the repaired area.
2 and 3) Both drywall repairs match the rest of the knockdown textured wall. Mr. Yearian prepped the walls by repairing any cracks and putting on the initial layer of mud the first day. On the second day, he came by checked the his work and remudded as needed. On the third day, he checked the walls and retexured using knockdown method. Both walls match the rest of the knockdown texture on the wall. I have repainted the area and you cannot tell a repair has been made. Mr. Yearian and his helper, Cody, also went into a very hot attic to check for possible leaks due to the stain near the beam.
Mr. Yearian always informed me of what he was doing as the work progressed. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what needed to be done. Mr. Yearian takes pride in doing an excellent job, which is hard to find in workmanship these days.

Will definately use this company for additional home repairs. Prior to using this company, I had gotten additional estimates from other hanymen whose knowledge of how to fis this probem was not even close to the proposed repair by Mr. Yearian. Estimates from others were less but would not have been a professional repair to maintain value of the home.

The owner conducted the review and estimate, and we scheduled the work. On the start day, the crew showed up on time, and completed the work quicker than what was promised. The crew cleaned up after themselves and completed all of the tasks that we requested. We even added some things that were completed at no cost. Overall, the work definitely exceeded my expectations and looks beautiful! The paint match, and paint job was excellent, and the wood work/hardy board looks professionally done, complete and better than that which was on the house when we bought it. At the end of the job, the owner requested that we walk around, and make sure that everything was complete. This is a great small business that I would use again and recommend to anyone!
