Dr. Kruse and his staff are very friendly and professional. The office is neat, clean and well run. Dr. Kruse is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain issues and advise the pet owner on treatment and behavioral issues. Vet services seem to be reasonably priced. There is a bit of markup on medications, but this is to be expected at a vet's office and to be honest I don't mind paying a little more on the meds considering how reasonable the other charges were.

I thought they were all so nice at the office and they even sent me a sympathy card because of the death of our dog. I thought that was a very considerate thing to do. I will continue to use their services when we get a new pet in the future.

They did a good job. They are very informative. They gave me an alternative remedy for my dog instead of having to buy medicine because one of them has a problem wanting to eat feces. They gave me a way to spend $3 instead of $50 for medicine. All of my animals are doing well. They seem to do very well with this vet and they were scared with other vets. They gave me an estimate before I went in. It was a little more expensive on my dog but cheaper on my cat. They did an excellent job and they are an excellent business all the way around.
