Garner's Gardening

I wanted to work by the end of the first week of July. and the work was completed on time. I am only received positive comments from my neighbors and my family who came visiting that month. Work was of a high quality and the deck and fence should last for many years.

It took 11 days to do my system and it was not completed correctly. I have less than 1/4 acre lot.

The service was fine

mr garner did not know what he was doing. he created the four hundred sqft patio with a foundation on sand. put bricks under the bricks to keep the bricks from falling. we had a storm that washed all the sand away and he had to rebuild it. the patio was wavy. it was so terrible that i had to call the police and have him escorted off the property and had another company come in take his mess out and start over. he also used the wrong color of bricks after i told him they did not look right.. he ignored me when i told him it was not a good idea to build the patio on 12 inches of sand. i tried to tell him it would be better to build it on crushed concrete which i had a pool patio that survived the rain we had. i did not give him the chance to fix his mess because he had as much knowledge about the project as i did.
we went to court and since i had another company come in and redo his job. i was awarded the cost to remove his mess. he was awarded the rest of the contract because i did not give him a chance to fix it. i called in other companys to get estimates to fix his mess, i was informed the companys that the job was so poor that they would have to take it all out and start over because of the poor craftsmanship.
mr garner maybe a good lawn mower, but he needs to learn not to take on projects that he has no idea what he is doing.
i do not recommend any projects that involve hardscaping.

The job went very well from start to finish. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was installed the same way.

Mr. Garner came out and meet with me and my wife to find out what we wanted done. A few days later he called us and set up a time to present his design to us. It was beyond our expectations. The time he spent just measuring out the yard to design it properly showed in that design as well. Once we agreed on a price we signed a contract and he scheduled a start date. The first day was kind of rough getting all the materials there but they all arrived in an organized manner so everything wasn't sitting on the street or in our drive way. He then started delegating work to be done to his laborers and they actually finished 2 days ahead of what Mr. Garner told us it would take.
