I'm unsure of the quality of the product because I assume that they wouldn't use anything that doesn't work. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The price seemed a bit high as compared to their competition but I can honestly say that with our overall experience, we will use them again.

We had a spider that was right in the front of the house, right from the door, entrance way and coming in to the house, and so when he came he looked around and identified as black widow, and she had laid eggs so we could have been hurting. I have a two, a five, and a six year old grandson. He terminated and killed all that and he gave us a discount. I need to give him a call again, as I am starting to see things come in again. He is very thorough and what he does is he asks us to move things out of the cabinets and put the pets away and stuff like that and every nook is clean. He was on time. He just went with it, and wasn't scared for anything, and he was very informative.
