Dillard Welding

Description of Work: Fred Dillard was supposed to install welded railing for a front porch, front room ledge, utility room and a deck. He gave a quote of $600.00. He first installed the porch railing and one was longer than the other. He was then paid $300 of the $600 he quoted. He came back to install a railing along the sidewalk that we did not ask for. The next trip he was to do the ledge railing from the front room to the den. He put in the railing and was advised that it was not level and had exposed screws. He advised he would level it out. we didn't hear from him for a month and then he calls wanting the additional $300. When questioned about the total work being done, he stated that the $600 was for what he already did and would that he would not fix the issues he had already been told about.
