They are always on time and very professional. They really get into taking care of the animals.

The price is a little high. I've been taking my dogs there for 20 years. As long as Dr. Bing is there, I'll keep going.

We really like them.

There's several vets in town and we picked them and will continue to use them.

I would use them again in future.

I got an appointment the same day. The vet was great. What keeps me going there is the professionalism.

It was fantastic. They were friendly. They were cheaper than my last veterinarian. They were less expensive. I think they did just as good a job as he had done before and they were extremely friendly, both the front staff and the veterinarians helpers. Everyone was fantastic there, they really were. The staff was great. They were really friendly. There was no waiting time per say, we set up an appointment, got in there, filled out all the paperwork because we were the new patients so to speak, and once that was done, they got us back right away. There wasn't any long wait times or nothing.

The overall visit was not what we were expecting as we had to lay our beloved dog to rest, but the provider and the staff were wonderful. They were very sympathetic to our situation, very polite and understanding.

They are the only ones we will use in this area. They are very good. They are knowledgeable and very personable. They all love animals and our dogs love going there. They have good communication. When we have an emergency, they get us in right away. Typically, we don't have to wait more than a few minutes after we arrive from an appointment.

Since 2005 we have been seeing the fine Vets at Cross Roads. DR Beene, Caperton, Carriker have all provide top quality Vet care for our dogs... While speaking to my wife and I openly, honestly at the level to which we were educated and comfortable. Never talking down as doctors tend to do sometimes, and having patience when a specific medical term or procedure was needed to be explained further.
Services ranged from emergency surgery of a badly wounded dog, Rattle snake bite treatment, wellness checkups and spaying for our girls after we bought them home to annual check ups and flea / heart-worm prevention....as well as many other services over the years.
Working with us each time, to ensure we knew the cost in both time, care and, even cost before the procedures were done..
While we spare no expense to care for our animals, it's good to know the Docs at Cross Roads understand to some on a fixed or limited budget, cost and time are real concerns, and are addressed openly and professionally, with care to the persons feelings as well as the animals health needs. ..
I will visit cross roads again today, where they will see a family pet of ours likely for the last time.... She was given an additional 8 years post her owners passing, and coming home with us.. Lulu has been cared for at great cost in money and a greater amount of personal care and friendship by the Docs and staff at Crossroads Vet clinic. I have no doubt today's visit will be handled as well as another over the years.
