They are pretty pricey. I bought a vehicle that was caught in a little hailstorm before he could get it to the garage. so it had 10 or 12 little dents in it. It was basically for those little dents that cost about 100 bucks per dent because you don't have to repaint or anything else. The dents are gone but very pricey.

Since the accident was not my fault and I had no towing on my car or rental, the folks at CCC where very understanding with my worry and fear that my car would not be handled right with the insurance company that we where dealing with. But, they reassured me they would fix my car to my wishes and not to those of the insurance company. The fusion was fix and you could not tell that it even was in an accident and ran prefect and if it had never been hit. But the fact is that the insurance company was very slow in getting to inspect my car, do a inspection writeup or approval and the work in a timely manner is what delayed my car from leaving the shop sooner then it did. This is no fault to CCC, but to the insurance company not wanting to pay them the proper funds for the work done and factory Ford parts used. After a month I finally got my car back on the 19th of Feb. This was thanks to the Awesome staff at Caliber Collision, Briana Hernandez is one of them with her calling and fighting with the insurance company and putting up with me calling to see what was going on. She was awesome!!!!

After being T-bone in September I was given a choice to where to take our truck and after not having a good return from the last place we took two of our Automobiles, I picked Caliber in Copperas Cove because of the distance from our home. This was an insurance claim and when I took my truck in there were awesome from start to finished. Michael Sullivan was great in calling us, also telling us what to expect and how long it would take. He allowed me in the back to show me the truck and I got to meet one of the guys working on the truck. The staff were very friendly and profession in greeting me and always asked if they could help. Michael called us when the truck was done and also added that he could not get our truck in to have the "lineX" done until another day, as this is done out of shop. It was not a long wait as Mike did help us out there and got us in to LineX a week later. He also waited until the next day so I could have my husband there to pick up his Truck and be able to inspected better than me. This was a Plus, and Michael was happy to accommodate us. Truck looked awesome and brand new, great detailing and workmanship from the whole shop! I'll go back in a heartbeat!
