Well they do it all the time. They have a program that I liked that i think i got for 10 buck a month for and they come out once in the winter and once in the summer and make sure everything is working ok. Being a part of that program means that if I call I go to the top of the service call list and I like that about them. I had to use them like 2 years ago to replace a motor in my inside unit it was wobbling around and out of balance, I thought their price was reasonable.They keep their appoints and like I said under that program that they have, that I pay for, I hadn't had to use yet. Lets say that my air conditioner breaks down in the middle of August and everybody's air conditioner breaks down they'll put me at the top of the list, Ill be their next customer and i like that. I haven't had to use it yet.

The estimate was high because they're adding in work I don't want done, and apparently they charge $75 for an estimate which they never informed me about.

Awesome. Were on time, knew exactly how to take care of the situation.

Went fine no problems and they made sure I got the right size unit.

They did a good job.  Their price was a little higher than the competition but it was good quality.  Their service was surprisingly quick.  I was very pleased.

The leak was above it in a incoming line from the outside. They came the same day and put in a new longer line. The two men that came were very nice. I had a very positive experience. My husband passed away in 2009 so I am very picky about who I let in.  

I haven't had any issues since.

They did real well. 2 for the installation and one came up to do finish woodwork. They had to come back and redo the woodwork. They left it clean.

They are excellent. They explain what they are doing. The workers were polite.

They were here approximately when they said they would be. The first visit I've ever had was not very good. The professionalism on the day they installed my A/C was really good. On the first visit, they came out and actually attempted to fix some stuff. They charged me for it but the guy that came out didn't actually know what he was doing so he didn't actually fix anything. He just left. On that service call, it wasn't very good at all. I wouldn't be happy with anything about them at that point. When they did my A/C, they did a little bit better job. They put my A/C in and left. We had to call them because the noise from m A/C was so loud that it sounded like there was something wrong. When they came back out, they did end up fixing the problem. Overall, I'm happy with what they finally finished doing. I wasn't too ecstatic with the way things ended up happening because they didn't notice the problem. We called them to inform them about the problem and they came back to fix the problem. They should have better educated people working for them. The gentleman that came out didn't actually assess what the problem was. His lack of knowledge ended up being part of the problem. The owner did take the time to make sure everything was good. He ended up coming back out and fixing the problem. They should have better trained employees.

I have requested that the charges for services which were provided to the system (which is still under warranty), be refunded, or for the company to complete the appropriate repairs/services which should have been done with the original service and installation. During installation, duct work (in my home attic) was dislodged/opened/modified, leaving it open and exposed for debris to enter into my central heating/air conditioning system. I have asked that the system which I purchased, and hired this company to install/repair to be brought to the efficient and working condition which I was ensured that it would be. At this point, Air Conditioning Services have refused to stand by their work, or the brand new system which I purchased from them. Instead, they have continued to charge me for additional services which I have needed since installation, regardless of their claim for guarantee of products and services, as well as the system still being under warranty.

Excellent - Rick and his son (also Rick) were a pleasure to work with. Both their service call and the installation were punctual, their work and the cleanup was excellent and quick. The price was very fair. They eagerly answered my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C assistance.

It’s a smaller company so they don’t lose things in communication.  It was just good.  They are expert in their craft.
