The band with is far from what I'm paying for. The customer service is horrible. They recently raised my bill with no notice. They send out letters often about their current not good service and offer a switch over to fios for free. The feedback of fios seems to have less regulations which could possibly raise my bill as it is unregulated like DSL is.

We've been with them for probably 10 years. They seem to be reliable. I don't think we've ever had an outage, I think that's why we stayed with them. I think they're pretty prompt and I like that they have like the online service so you can just check without having to make a phone call. We've called to try to like take the phone off but then they say that it wouldn't be the package and it would be XYZ amount or whatever. We just know that it's part of the racket. I think it's really expensive because we probably still only watch about 15 channels.

As long as their service works, I am happy. Their price is average. I would use them again in the future.

There was nothing available that is the reason I chose them.

My roommate set the whole thing up so I have never had any dealings with them but I have never had to call them for any service issues. I will use them again in the future.

I canceled my service, because I no longer needed my phone/internet. I decided to go with Vonage for my service. When I called in August to cancel, I was told not to worry about it and that it had been canceled. I was also told to disregard the next few bills. The bills continued to come and I received an email that said an adjustment was made. There has been no confirmation of cancelation.

We don't have any problems with the internet service.

Our experience has not gone well with the local office so I called the office headquarters and had the problem rectified. I will never call the 800 number on the bill. They were absolutely awful. The help in New York was outstanding but the local office was awful.

They have always been very polite and courteous and they are very good about getting me to the right people whenever I need something. I've never had a problem they couldn't take care of.

The installation was fairly easy but I needed to call Verizon for assistance. I am disappointed every evening around 8:00 when it is difficult to get a connection but, at other times during the day, it is fairly reliable. Verizon does offer good phone and Internet packages.

There were problems with connectivity when we first got service. The DSL line would cut off frequently. The company sent technicians to our house multiple times. After a month, the cause of the problem was discovered and corrected. We have not had service problems since then. The technicians who came to our house were polite and arrived promptly. The monthly fee we pay is great compared to dialup service for $10 a month.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB WALKING ME THROUGH THE INSTALLATION AND ALSO THROUGH SOME BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING, I HAD SOME NOISE IN THE PHONE LINES AFTER MY INSTALL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
