Blinds or Shades - Install or Replace
We purchased over $5000 of blinds and shutters from this vendor. I used them to support a local small business. Jeff, one of the owners of the company told me in person that the shutters and blinds manufactured by Norman were guaranteed for life. He said ? just give me a call and I?ll take care of it? if you have any issues. We ended up having a cord break on a blind. I called Jeff and was told that they?re not really ?guaranteed for life?. He dodged the problem by offering to sell me another blind at ?his cost? but I would have to install it as he was not making any money on the blind. We spent over $5000 with this small business and when we needed them they did not come through. VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE??.

"As always, thank you for your business and thank you for taking the time to review. In the 15 years we have been in business, we have thousands of satisfied customers and regret that you are not happy. When we sold you new shutters and blinds for your home 9 years ago (2016), we informed you of the warranties. Shutters are warranted against manufactures defects with a limited lifetime warranty (for as long as you own the home) Blinds were warranted for 3 years. We offered to replace your blind for less than our cost, $125, and install it absolutely free. You have declined our offer, however if you change your mind, please feel free to give us another call and we are happy to come back out to your home."
