+ -1 moreInitially it went great, shutters arrived in about the time Pam said they would. We had 2 rooms where the shutters needed some adjustments to fit the windows. We were told it would take approx 2 weeks to get the parts. After 3 weeks I reached out to Pam to find out what was going on and she said "That hasn't been done yet?" Which I told her I never heard from anyone. She got back to me with a few times to pick from. We picked Saturday, November 27th and she told me they would be here. I have called several times and NEVER heard from anyone and nothing has been installed. Absolutely frustrating and terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Use Budget Blinds they were priced about the same and provided much better customer service. We ordered our drapes from them and they were great to work with.

Description of Work: I had them come out and give me an estimate for three large and tall windows for shutters. This is the second time I have used them and I cannot recommend them enough. Jeff calls back and will come when he says he will. His prices are the most reasonable I have seen in the area - and I did call other companies for estimates as well. Jeff measures the windows and it takes about 6-7 weeks for them to come in as they are custom and installs them. They are gorgeous and really make a difference in a room, inside and out.
