 + -1 moreWe love this gym. There is no pressure selling of classes, trainers, supplements etc. Just a down to earth go get healthy gym!
Description of Work: My family and I were looking for a family friendly gym with a comfortable workout vibe. I had gotten several mailers from Express Fitness now called Texas Family Fitness-with really low join rates and monthly fees. I called and talked to the office manager and made an appointment to go in and see the facilities. They were great. NO high pressure selling. The equipment was nice and they offer a lot of different types of machines to get the full body workout you are looking for. Not only are the people that work there nice but also the members. I really like this gym and for the price its perfect for us. The only downfall is there is not a pool if you are looking for water workouts. To add to the bargain they have several fitness classes that are included in the membership.

 + -1 moreThey are an excellent health club and have a good value. They are very inexpensive and they don’t have long term contracts. With respect to weights and cardio equipment they have state of the art equipment.
Description of Work: They are in the process of changing their name to Texas Family Fitness. I have been going here for 5-6 years.
