Very good. He has always done nice work on my lawn and removes the weed. He was very professional. They get rid of the weed. Their traps are around painted and standard.

I have hired Coppell Lawn and Garden to mow my lawn (weekly) in the past and they always did an excellent job. The communication is great, they respond quickly to emails. When I needed the shrubs and beds cleaned up there was no question that I was going to hire them. Getting on their schedule is painless and the work was completed within a very reasonable time frame. They quoted me $130 to $180, depending on the time spent at my house, which is tracked by GPS. It is always nice when you get a quote that varies that ultimately comes back on the lower end. They didn't waste any time; they showed up, did the work, and left. They do excellent work and are very consistent. I plan on hiring them to get me set up with a seasonal landscaping plan in the near future.

We have used Coppell Lawn and Garden for several years redoing our outdated landscape. The crew that does the work is very good. They clean up the flower beds and plant summer and fall color. They also do our lawn maintenance weekly. When a cleanup or shrub pruning is needed, we email them and they are out in a few days to do the job. I would highly recommend them for any type of yard and flower bed work.

Services went fine.  They mow and bag all of my clippings and leave them in the back to be picked up by the city.

The lawn service leaves nothing to complain about!  I have yet to get my bushes done, that is scheduled this coming Wednesday.  Communication and rates are reasonable as well.

Coppell Lawn and Garden mowed my lawn every 3-4 weeks in the fall of 2011.  Their rate seemed high for our small lot ($35), but we had just moved to the area and they seemed dependable and were responsive to email.

On one occasion I received an email from them stating that we had not left a check under the mat.  I responded that we had left a check under the front doormat and they must have missed it but I could mail it to them if they wanted.  Their reponse was somewhat accusatory, and they said that this was why they preferred to auto-debit my account.  I wasn't thrilled with the idea of giving them my account information but did it anyway.

Right before Christmas I asked them to come mow and trim our hedges in the front yard.  I specified that some of the hedges had Christmas lights on them and could wait to be trimmed until January.  That day, I got an email from them stating that the crew was there and I hadn't said there were leaves in the yard and that they normally charge extra for that.  They also said that I hadn't told them there were Christmas lights on the hedges, even though I had.  I was a little surprised since it was December and everyone had leaves in their yard and lights on their hedges, and they charge an hourly rate so why did it matter if there were leaves or not?

Overall, I thought their prices were a little high and I didn't like the accusatory tone they used in their communication with me.  It seemed like the customer was always wrong.  I decided to go with another company and it has saved me a lot of aggravation.
