Home Security System Service
I contacted Kim Patty at Benchmark about 4-5 months ago during a remodel of our house. He had someone install the prewire and it appears to have been completed professionally. Last week, I spoke with his wife to order the installation of the system which had some special conditions by me. She said Kim would call me. One week later, no call. Two emails, no call. I checked the state licensing board today and found that his license expired last July

"Customer contracted for pre-wire, which, as he states, was done professionally and for a very reasonable price. Contacted me personally (not company phone or email) to schedule trim while I was out of town. Called immediately upon return and schedule trim. AFTER trim was scheduled, informed me that he filed complaint with Angie because I did not return a call on my personal phone while on vacation. What more can I say. Good price, check. Good work, check. Not much else I can say. As per the license, the license is, and has been, in good standing since 1990. State not always quick to update. Customer told me he talked to State and license was confirmed, but he failed to mention that."
