 + -1 moreIf you happen to get a letter from your mortgage provider stating that you mortgage will be serviced by AHMSI, REFINANCE IMMEDIATELY.
Description of Work: This has to be the absolute worst mortgage servicing company out there. It's gotten so bad, they've actually changed their name to Homeward Residential to get out from under all the bad press and reviews. - No other mortgage companies make you PAY to PAY your mortgage - they charge you between $8-$10 to pay your mortgage! Even though their office is two minutes from my work, they do not accept payments in person. I refuse to mail the payment to them, because there are horror stories all over the internet about people's checks being held until after the due date. - We have requested TWICE to escrow our property taxes. EACH TIME we receive a form letter stating that they cannot pay our property taxes because we don't have an escrow account with them.

 + -1 moreThey have a horrible online bill pay system and I have just had issue after issue and they have charge after charge. They people are friendly and helpful on the phone, they just have a crappy online system.
