If you happen to get a letter from your mortgage provider stating that you mortgage will be serviced by AHMSI, REFINANCE IMMEDIATELY.

They have a horrible online bill pay system and I have just had issue after issue and they have charge after charge. They people are friendly and helpful on the phone, they just have a crappy online system.
