First of all, the person who answered the phone helped sell the deal. We contacted a couple of peple and they answered the phone professionally and they handled the appointment professionally. She was really good. He then came out and he was exceptional. Our whole house has wood; he was very careful with the wood when he did the carpets. I don’t know if all the spots came out, but he did the best he could with it. I would use them again for carpet cleaning.
