I called my favorite plumber, Topp's Plumbing, about a week before I had the work done. I asked if I should tile the wall before or after he came in to install the spout. He told me to go ahead and finish tiling, then gave him a call so he could install a longer pipe and the spout. He then called back later and said he'd stop by to check out what needed to be done, which he did. On the 29th, he came in and did the work, which consisted of removing the old and quot;O-ringand quot; fitting, installing a longer copper pipe, and finally the new spout. He then told me to call him if I had any questions regarding plumbing or needed more work done. As always, Topp's Plumbing is the best there is when it comes to plumbing. Todd's work is exceptional and I'm lucky to have him living just down the street from me. :=) I highly recommend Topp's Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

Everything went great...I'm thoroughly pleased with his work. I called Topp's Plumbing on Saturday and got his answer machine. Todd called me a little while later and we set up an appointment for Monday morning around 10am. I told him what I needed done and he said it would take approximately two hours to complete. He then told me what the estimated cost would be, plus materials. He called me early Monday morning to let me know he was running a little late, but would still be there. He arrived around 10:30 and assessed what he'd need, which included two trips to Lowe's for parts. The original drain which was installed by the builders was a real challenge. he finished in the time frame that he said he would. He then cleaned up the area and said said to call him when I put the bath tub in, so he could help me, and make any adjustments, if it was required. He is the most professional plumber I've ever done business with. I highly recommend Topp's Plumbing to everyone. The total cost was what he said it would be. I will never ever use any other plumber...I'm sold on Topp's Plumbing.

I noticed that I had some standing water right next to the house last week and it started to puddle up by the weekend. I called Todd (on Mother's Day) and he did call back and happened to have a morning job postponed and would be able to fit me in first thing Monday Morning. He arrived at 9:30 just like he said and went right to work. I have had this 30 year old house that I love for four years. Todd was highly referred to me when I originally purchased the house. He is a master plumber and I really didn't want some apprentice working on my house. Todd is responsive and quick. He doesn't waste any time. He started digging and was very careful not to make a mess of this already messy situation. Lucky for me he found the leak and repaired it. He checked everything to ensure that there were no problems and then cleaned up everything. I've used Topp's Plumbing a couple of times throughout the years. The first Thanksgiving caused a problem with clogged pipes and Todd came out on the Friday after. It was quick and always professional. The next time the water heater was leaking. Todd checked and found that it was under warranty and replaced the water heater with a new one (what a blessing) and I had a bill for labor which I found extremely reasonable. Topp's Plumbing is the ONLY company that I will ever call to work on my house plumbing and my neighbors all want his info too.

Extremely helpful, very very quick, reasonably priced, and the situation was handled very fast.

Licensed plumber that does not advertise. He only does business by word of mouth. Excellent work at an excellent price. Always available when needed.
