Stephen came to the pool clubhouse restroom to give an estimate to repair a urinal that had been leaking for some time. He gave a detailed estimate. Other plumbers wanted a fee just to give an estimate. Stephen then did a great job repairing an old rusted drain pipe. He also gave some extra help and tips with other toilet issues. Then his final price for the service was less than the estimate! He came about two weeks later to replace the handle without an extra charge because the service was still under warranty! He did a great job and we were very satisfied with the professional service.
