ROBERT AND CREW DID A NICE JOB. THE JOB WAS VERY LABOR INTENSIVE AND TOOK MUCH MORE TIME THAN ORIGINALLY BUDGETED. WORKING WITH UNGAUGED SLATE AS FLOORING CANNOT BE THIN SET, BUT HAS TO BE MUD SET BECAUSE OF THE IRREGULARITY OF THE PRODUCT. HE WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK AND HAD A CREW THAT WAS FAMILIAR WITH THIS LINE OF WORK.

ROBERT WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BID WE RECEIVED. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION OF THE MATERIALS WE USED. HE SHOWED US SEVERAL INSTALLATIONS HE COMPLETED. HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK HE DID FOR US WAS JUST AVERAGE. HE LEFT A FEW PLACES ON THE GRANITE THAT NEEDED TO BE POLISHED. HE SELECTED MANY OF THE TRAVERTINE MARBLE FLOORING PIECES THAT HAD FLAWS. ROBERT WAS NOT PUNCTUAL, AND HE COMPLETED THE JOB SEVERAL WEEKS LATE. ALTHOUGH I RATED HIM AVERAGE, I WOULD PROBABLY HIRE HIM AGAIN. NOW I KNOW MUCH MORE ABOUT GRANITE AND MARBLE. NOW I KNOW BETTER WHAT TO LOOK FOR.
