Quality workmanship and fair prices are what we expected from JBD and that's what we found to be true. Work was completed on time. All workers were friendly and professional. Jack was easy to work with, honest, straight forward and one of the most knowledgeable people in the building trades that I have had the pleasure of working with. I would be happy to recommend JBD ENTERPRISES.

The other contractor we had out gave us an estimate for $600. Jack fixed the damper by popping it back into place, so it didn't need to be replaced. He actually installed a new chimney cap 4 years ago for the previous owners, so that didn't need to be replaced. Jack said that the tuckpointing the other contractor recommended was absolutely unnecessary and the crown overlay repair may be needed, but the chimney is fully fuctioning and can be used for the season. Jack's honesty is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and I will be contacting him for any concerns with my chimney and home in the future! Jack didn't even charge us a penny to come out the house for the walk-through. I would highly recommend Jack!

I couldn't have been more pleased. The work crew was courteous and punctual. The owner provided timely updates and immediately informed me of issues. There were a few changes required which I expected as this is an old house. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. The price was better than other estimates I got and the additional changes were priced fairly. The final result was beautiful. My neighbors all commented on how good the house looks.

They always showed up on time, professional, skilled, courteous,not messy. They finished in a timely manner.These workers are really good.

As you can see from some of my previous review, I continue to use JBD Enterprises because I trust them based on the good quality work they provided me in the past. It can be difficult to find good contractors but I was lucky. Much of this work was accomplished while I was out of town--and it was completed well in advance--before I moved in. Jack's floor guy nailed the amount of materials needed right on the nose. When I had a tough time finding the transitions for my wood floors--his guy was able to find it. I had planned to use shorter transitions but Jack said that putting to smaller transitions together wouldn't look good and could become a problem in the future. You can buy your own materials and they will install it for you. I think that's a good deal. I'll have to see how I can attach some before/after pictures for people to review.

I decided to use Jack and JBD Enterprises for this project after a previous experience with them. These guys came out to survey the existing windows to make sure there wouldn't be any problems installing the new ones. These guys also made sure my wired alarm system would not be affected after the installation. Jack was always on the ball and on the job to make sure things were going very smoothly. Yes..he's a little more expensive but he'll make sure you are satisfied. He'll tell you how it is and leave the decision up to the customer if they want to do it or not. Very trustful person.

Mr. Sherouse and his crew were showed up at my house on time. They then allowed it to dry (about one day) and started to caulk all the areas. They also ensured that no rotting wood was present. They applied two coats of paint to all the areas that were pressured cleaned. Mr. Sherouse kept coming back to the house to make sure everything was progressing on schedule. Overall, the project went pretty smoothly. They were a little pricey but they did a very good job.
