Thought they did an ok job, although a little pricy. Next day, though, my neighbor reported that they had cut her cable line while digging out a buried sprinkler head between our properties. Contractor says he's unaware he did that. Not so sure. Won't use them again

I cut the wire bundle going from my control box to the valves of my sprinkler system last week while trying to repair a broken sprinkler. The wire bundle was entangled in some crepe myrtle tree roots, which was located near the break. As I cut the roots, I inadvertently cut the line. I called Iris Services and they came over to repair. Due to the location and the roots, they chose to dig a little ways down the line where the tree roots wouldn't interfere. The followed the wire bundle as they dug and found enough space to work with. They cut the wire bundle and cut the wire bundle near the control box splicing both ends with new line and dug a new trench to bury the new line, rerouting everything away from the tree and it's roots. Nice work, very professional and courteous, and at a fair price. You can't ask for much more, and I highly recommend
