No problem scheduling the appointment - maintenance portion was bought via a $30 Groupon. Technician showed up promptly at the beginning of the 2-hour window. After completing normal maintenance activities (balancing door, tightening bolts, tightening spring, etc), tech recommended replacing the rollers to reduce the amount of noise - I agreed to have that done. While I was happy with the final outcome (door noticeably quieter going up and down), the price was a little higher than I expected (and a little higher than other vendors I've compared after the fact).

Said Hernandez is professional, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. The quality of the products (two doors and one opener) and the workmanship were all outstanding!
