"Original complaint report regarding customer/client Roselyn Rosas. Excellent Handyman service provider, strives to complete all work assignments with all honesty, integrity. Excellent Handyman services never compromise work ethics by being diligent, giving customers the dignity they deserve, and upholding our no-tolerance of being under any substances such as illegal drugs, alcohol, or any of the like. We take pride in our work and services offered to each customers satisfaction. If any problems arise with the job at hand, customers are immediately notified, and the issue is resolved then and there. Excellent Handyman regrets that Roselyn Rosas was not satisfied with the work. However, Excellent Handyman, finds some discrepancies and dishonest statements made by client Rosely Rosas. Here in this statement on behalf of Excellent Handyman, this day of September 9th, 2025, evidence and proof of clients original statement will show proof of clients misleading dishonesty. Note the following discrepancies and actual realities of what actually took place: 1. Discrepancy: ?homeowner just had surgery, so she couldn't monitor the pro's work? Fact: Homeowner sat with service provider 100% of the time work was being done. 2. Discrepancy: ?pro broke the fireplace during the first task. The pro attempted to put the table together, but wasn't able to do so correctly. Fact: Pro opened box to fireplace, customer was notified of broken or damaged pieces. Upon opening second box of table, again pro noticed broken pieces and notified customer. Pro suggested options customer could choose to resolve matter by the following: Rewrap damaged pkg, obtain a return label from post office and return item or continue putting together. Customer response was, ?just keep going and we will see how it turns out.? Customer also mentioned those furniture boxes had been sitting a year or more before being opened and before movers moved her furniture to current location. 3. Discrepancy: ? The homeowner suspects that the pro was drinking while working as well, since he made inappropriate comments to her.? Fact: Pro has never been under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any job location. It is impossible for Pro to drink alcohol due to a physical ailment. Also included is the fact that, a money receipt, in where customer voluntarily wrote a review on my square payment portal account for the work that was done, which states the following: July 12 at 5:18pm ?? Great job I couldn?t be happier he was very respectable easy to talk to and confortable to be around in my home I will be calling on him again as you can see I am a happy customer job well done thank you? ? In conclusion, the evidence indicates that Excellent Handyman is not required to issue a refund to customer Roselyn Rosas, as all necessary precautions and guidelines were followed during the service.
