These guys have no idea what they are doing and their whole project fell apart, because they don't know how to manage their project/employees. It was a complete FIASCO, and in fact, we had to fire the company during their project because it simply was not getting done. Now they are still after us for a lousy $2,000 that wasn't given to them because the job was not performed properly and not completed. I still have nightmares about them when I look around my house and see the HORRIBLE work they did on my walls, trim, etc.

They did not even recommend any other company.

We discussed a second wall that possibly had termite damage as well. They were to replace a sliding door and look into termite damage in that second wall. The company refused to address the second wall and stated it was never discussed. I also purchased a doggy door for them to install. They door was lying right by them, but when it came time to install it, they refused to work on it without an added cost. We had discussed this previously so I didn?t understand why the extra cost wasn?t pointed out at that time. After the work was completed, I?ve found many items that were left incomplete. We had trim work done and when they cut the trim too short, they filled it in with a caulking material rather than starting over. The trim in my bathroom was also left unpainted, which we specified would be done. We have 2 thresholds that are loose. You can move the boards when you walk over them. Overall, the company was very neglectful. They only provided one workman and a supervisor that would check in periodically. The workman wouldn?t even show up until 11 or so and leave at 5. Obviously, this caused quite a delay to my project. I unfortunately gave the company half down before the project began. I eventually became fed up and expressed my concerns to them. The company actually accused me of being too picky! I kicked them out of my home for a period of time out of sheer frustration. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They sound good initially, but they work is clearly sub-standard.

I hired DLHpros to remodel my bathroom. They replaced the floor with ceramic tile, installed a granite countertop, installed a specialty sink, painted walls and ceiling, hung new mirrors, and replaced the toilet. The work was done quickly and professionally. I paid half of the cost to begin the project and they kept me informed throughout the process. I love my new bathroom and would highly recommend DLHpros to anyone.
