Ronnie responded quickly, identified the problem and picked up the replacement motor and had it fixed fast!  He is very knowledgable and helpful to point what was needed and not to add in other parts which weren't necessary.  The reason I know this was I had paid to have another service company come out while waiting for the homeowners insurance representative to get back to me on who they would be sending.  The other company charged me $99.00 to look at it and left me with an estimate for $5,400.
Ronnie identified the exact problem and charged appropriately which was under $500.00.  I highly recommend recommend Ronnie!!

.  Suggested $700.00 on two units less than 5 years old and never identified through three  previous inspections by three different companies. I advise Mr. Corkill that I would discuss service with wife and get back with him.  Two days letter unit in house started to make horrific screeching noise and unit malfunctioned.  Contacted Mr. Corkill to advise him of the situation and he never returned call.  Call several days later as noise worsen and he refuse to return my call.  Would straggly advise against using this company. "Coincidently"  I ended up having to replace A/C motor at my expense.  Initially a good experience but poor service negated all this.  Never again!
