Wise Pool Co

Wise Pool company built my pool starting in April 2010. As of January 2012 Wise  Pool Company has yet to complete repairs to the pool that have been on going since the pool was built. The plaster job was a disaster and the spa tile job was terrible. The spa has many cracks and consequently mineral deposits cover the tiles. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Vists usually took less than 5 minutes during which time they briefly brushed the pool and emptied the skimmer baskets into the landscaping. Occasionally checked pool chemistry but never added chemicals. Frequently left pool in time out mode and the gate open. Checklist that they left after each visit showed they did everything on the list. Even when I complained, they continued to check all items even though they didn't do the work. When I complained the owner's response was... " If you want to cancel the service ,that is up to you. Just send me an e mail and i will send you the last bill." Note: I engaged Arnold Wise Pool Supplies to do the work but it was actually performed by Merino Pools, Inc.

We are very satisfied with the heat pump they installed. They made sure the pump was working properly before they left and explained its features. In the past, when we've needed service, they've been right there on the job. We would not consider using anyone else at this point because they are doing a great job.

THEY REPLACED A PART IN OUR POOL HEATER WHICH THEN STARTED TO MAKE A SQUEALING SOUND. WE TRIED FOR 6 WEEKS TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND CHECK THE PROBLEM. THEY FINALLY CAME AND SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $250 TO FIX THE SQUEALING. WE APPROVED THAT AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP SO WE CALLED THEM. THEY THEN DOUBLED THE PRICE TO $500 TO SEND OUT A REPAIRMAN. WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT THEY QUOTED US HALF THAT AMOUNT THEY TOLD US TO GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN HUNG UP ON US. WE THEN CONTACTED THE OWNER TO TELL HIM OF THE PROBLEM. HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS, BUT TOLD HIS EMPLOYEE THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT AND TO TELL US. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!! WE HAD OUR POOL BUILT BY WISE POOLS AND ALSO REFERRED 4 OTHER FRIENDS TO WISE (IN WHICH WISE PROFITED BY). WE NOW MAKE SURE TO TELL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT OUR PROBLEMS WITH ARNOLD-WISE POOL COMPANY. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN.
