I?m completely dissatisfied with Wise Fox Pools and I don?t like the way they do business. I used them for years to clean and maintain my pool, and I sometimes had to get on them to clean my pool properly, but the main issue I had with them is that they charged me four times to put in a light in my pool. I had a plain white light that came with my pool that lasted for years, and I never had a problem with that light, but I decided that I wanted an LED Light so I could have a color show in my pool. Wise Fox Pools put in an LED Bulb, and charged me for that bulb, and I noticed that water was leaking into the light, so they said I needed a new gasket, so they charged me for the gasket and labor, even though the bulb was obviously not installed correctly in the first place. Then, I noticed that there was still water leaking into the light, and the bulb started to flicker, so they told me I would need a whole
new light fixture, and they charged me to put in a light fixture and gave me some credit for the old bulb, but still, I felt that they never installed the bulb correctly in the first place, so I felt that I shouldn?t have been charged for the new light fixture. Then, 17 months later, the new light fixture stopped working and they said it was out of warranty and they charged me $725.00 for a new light fixture. I then terminated my service contract with them. I feel that if the bulb or the light fixture were installed properly I never would have any
problems with the light, and so I ended up being charged four times, to the tune of over $1,600.00, for one light in my pool. I would not recommend this company for cleaning and maintenance of a pool, because I feel that they didn?t treat me fairly.

It's gone well for almost three years -- if consistency of service as well as quality of service is important to you, Wise-Fox Pools is worth a try.

I am a professional artist and I was painting in the client's home who used this pool service company. I am a young woman who was by myself in the client's home painting while she was at work. She was suppose to leave out pool equipment for the service man, but had forgotten. He saw me in the house through the back windows and knocked on the back door. I wouldn't open the door but spoke with him through the glass. He wanted me to open the garage so he could see if the equipment was in there. I explained I was the only person in the house and the owner had not informed me of his visit so I could not give him access to the garage.
Everything seemed ok, until about an hour later when a lady from the company called and left a voice mail on my client's home answering machine. She was telling the client I was very rude and would not allow her man to enter the home and get the needed equipment and told the client she should fire me. At no point was I rude, and the service man seemed to understand the circumstances, so I don't know why he told his manager what he did. Either way, the manager's response was out of line and extremely unprofessional.
