Triton Pool Service

We had this company service our swimming pool on a weekly basis for about 10 months.  The technician came out every week to service our pool and it was the same technician, we never really connected.  I explained the things that needed to be done and he did most of those things but he would miss things that he should have taken care of.  For example, a cap was missing from one of the valves, he never said a word.  It was right on the beach entry and very noticeable. The bag to the Polaris was torn, again he didn't say anything just put it back in the water with the torn bag.  He would move the furniture to brush the pool and wouldn't move it back until I said something several times.  He wasn't bad, he just had to be supervised on a constant basis.  This was not the type of service I was looking for.  I want a company that is going to come out and take care of our pool, and I don't want to think about it again.The thing that made me quit using this company was the office.  I had to call them a couple of times and never received adequate answers.  The last call was because it was storming when the tech came out so naturally he didn't service the pool and wrote "rain service" on the door tag.  So I called the office to ask what that meant and the person who answered the phone said she didn't know but would check with the owner and call me back.  Never got back with me and I was still charged for this service call.  I thought it meant he would come back and finish my pool in a day or two, or that I wouldn't be charged for that call.  Neither happened.  Just plain poor customer service.The only thing this company does is service pools you would think they would do it well.
