James was very pleasant to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to help us realize our dream patio. The finished project well above what we expected. I would use Trademark again and in fact, we are already discussing future renovations. If you want high quality and no hassles, call Trademark!

Do not hire unless you have a $250 per day penalty for each day late and include in agreement that all contractors are licensed for their craft. Hired to manage labor only, we supplied all items (flooring, rock, tile, lights, faucets, etc) Our house update project was to take 45 days. It took 99 days and only because we started to do some of the work ourselves. They were our highest bid and we stressed expected timeline, workmanship and professionalism. None of that happened. They tried to go cheap and do work themselves instead of bringing in true professionals. We would go days/weeks with little to no progress or communication. Do to our insistence when true professionals came in for a particular craft all was great, when they tried to do it themselves it became a mess. We kept James informed of our concerns during the entire project. He would apologize but nothing would change. Horribly frustrating!!! Had to cancel a vacation since they went beyond promised deadline. The last month of our project they spent tearing out and redoing their own work. James is a nice person with good intentions but could not deliver what was promised. We than had a dispute over our final payment. Very stressful experience!!!

No paper work whatsoever no follow-up Owner was arrogant after agreement and required up front payment for all work and supplies.

The quality of the construction was very good. It took four months to complete a project the size of a garage. At some point I thought I was going to have to hire another contractor to complete the construction. While we are very pleased with the end product, it is hard to give the company an unqualified recommendation.

My third time trying to post a review. The materials used for my staircase renovation was not flooring material. For many weeks, they continued to paint and stain this cheap 4x8 plank. Finally, we had enough, and they used the right flooring material. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I'd never use them for anything again.

Trademark did a fantastic job with our remodel. They replaced carpet, installed wood floors, replaced a door, repaired, stained and sealed our deck, as well as painted the entire interior of our house. We had them do a little bit of everything, and they did it well. I appreciated their professionalism and their constant communication as to where my project stood. I highly recommend them.

We wanted to convert the attic space above our garage into a extra room with options. We were not sure how the room layout should be or how to finish it to coordinate with the other rooms in the house. Keith brought his experience and team to the project and worked with us to make a wonderful room that meets all our needs. They helped design it, obtain the plans and approvals to proceed and constructed a beautiful room. Keith did this in a professional manner reflecting his high standards and expectations of his crews and staff. it was a joy to work with the Trademark team. We shall contact them for any future projects for sure.

Keith, his family and staff were outstanding throughout our small but complicated project. Tremendously impressed with the siding crew; they cleaned up after themselves every day, so much so that all of my neighbors commented on how thoughtful the crew was. My wife felt safe around the crews and they were actually protective of her and our grandson when strangers came to call. Keith was easy to speak with, and when we had an idea, he went the extra mile to help us think it through. Often it was our idea and his input that created the finished product. Rest assured, when we have our next project, Trademark will be our only call!
