Tim's Pool Service and Maintenance

They have always stayed reliable with the weekly visits and mechanical problems are responded to quickly, sometimes resolved on the same day we call in depending on the complexity of the issue. Our pool always looks clean and sparkling and the equipment is maintained so that we don't have to worry about anything!

I made an appointment with them through phone to take a look at the pool and see what needed to be done.  They were here when they said that they would be here.  They took a look at the pool and I told them what needed to be done.  He listened to my ideas and told me that some of the works were good and the reason why.  It saved me a bunch of money because I might have done something which is not so good.  He was very professional and knows exactly what he was doing.  He told me something that I need to do based on my set up that no longer comply with the current cold because the pool is 30 years old.  I called him up a week later when I finally decided what he needs to do.  The people went here and it was done well and done at the time they said they will.  The whole thing was a professional operation.  I will recommend them to anybody.

Great company for building a pool, great tech but weekly service person really does not enjoy his work and as a result he cuts corners and overlooks things on propose because he will be the first to tell you his job is to clean only.

Tim's Pro Pool Service does not do satisfactory work for me. I've used this company for quite a while and I have never really been satisfied with the work done. They just don't put a lot of attention and effort into the work. Little things like leaving the hose in the yard after using it and not filling the pool to the proper level are what really bother me. I just haven't gotten around to hiring someone else, but I will. My pool never has everything in place like I would want. The cost does not include chemicals.
