I was given a written estimate for the work and approved having the free flowing/leaking shower cartridges replaced, but denied the estimate to have the shut off valve installed. I inquired about waving the trip charge to offset some of the expense but was told that it couldn't be done. I oppose trip charges being charged for work that is approved. If I call someone out for an estimate, I will pay a trip charge, but when the work is approved the charge should be deducted. I think that if you are performing a service that requires coming to my house, trip charges should be waved. The plumber that I eventually got to do the shut off valve also charged a trip charge for the estimate, but rolled it into the price once I approved the job. He also said that I paid about 200 dollars more for replacing the cartridges and having them installed than I should of paid. So I have a plumber now that I will call back.

Great from booking the appointment to completing the actual work.

Physically I was not there but over the telephone it went perfect. Charlotte is either the owner or the secretary (I'm not sure). I called her and she was very helpful. I explained that I am not in Texas but I needed the service.
The price was cheaper than I anticipated and she emailed me the receipt. Considering it was long distance it went extremely well.

They are excellent. They are really good. Regardless of any bog or small problems that I have, they are there quickly and get the job done. They are very reasonable. I'm very impressed with them. The staff friendliness is outrageous. They are prompt. They are good at what they do. I would use them in the future.
