Garage door opener did not work. Technician determined that a bad capacitor was the problem. He replaced that part (took about 20 minutes overall), and the opener works perfectly now!

Arranged for pickup of part during trip to Houston involving other parts so that I did not pay extra for the trip.

hung the track back up into the wall over the garage door, added eyes to the other garage door, did maintenance on both doors and fixed the top of one door where it was tearing so it would not get stuck anymore when going up and down.,

Did an excellent job and it was fast. Definitely would hire them again and will recommended them to others.

Actually replaced the motor and remote system as remote system would not work.

I called The Woodlands Garage Door company to replace my older Craftsman Garage Door Opener so that it would work with my brand new 2016 F150 Truck, and hi-tech overhead buttons.  I called and we arranged an appointment. Justin was right on time for the appointment. I had already spent a couple of frustrating hours using my Ford and Craftsman owners manuals as well as Youtube and other sites.  I was ready to bite the bullet and pay for an up to date system so my new truck would communicate with new garage door opener. Instead, after about 30 minutes Justin corrected the wiring issue (probably caused by me) and amazingly after quickly rewiring it all, Justin trained and opened my "old" craftsman garage door successfully by using my my new truck and not hand held opener.  I can't tell you how happy I am that he fixed this for me.
The best part is, we did not have to replace the old craftsman unit which is what I had called him out to do for me originally.  I am sure he could have done this and I would not have blinked and wrote the check as a happy customer.  Folks, These guys are honest and I highly recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already done so several times.  We should support honest people who do good work.  This is what you will get if you employ Justin and his team at The Woodlands Garage Door and their associates.  Top shelf service, good people, the way it should be. It is so nice to have a business that you can count on to do good work and not take advantage of a less than tech'y customer like (me).

The service man who came out was very nice and professional. He fixed everything quite fast. My dog had crunched one of the door remotes so I was able to buy one off of the service man and he linked the remote to the unit. Very fast.

My garage door came off the track as I was leaving for work and was barely hanging on on one site.  I was very fortunate not to get injured.
Jon and Brian showed up at the time they indicated.  The bent the track back into shape, replaced the rollers, rehung the door, and greased up everything.  Good as new!  The work was performed quickly and efficiently for the price quoted.  No attempts to up sell anything.  Very pleasant to deal with.
