Our new home builder contracted with The Woodland Turnkey Properties to carry out warranty work on his homes. The electronic lock on our front door was binding, so Woodland Turnkey Properties came to our home to fix it, which they did. They also inspected a second lock on a different door and determined that the locking mechanism on the handle was defective. They will replace that, when the part is available.
We also showed them some damage to a window sill that had been caused by our parrot. A few days later, they returned and filled, sanded, and painted the damaged area. It looks like new.
We have also obtained an estimate from them to add pickets to our wooden "good neighbor" fence and stain it. When we complete some landscaping, we intend to contract them for this job.
Turnkey was prompt in doing the requested repairs, which were entirely to our satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable.
