Our bathroom is GORGEOUS. I've used them for 4 years for any major projects, and have the utmost confidence in their professionalism/follow-through/very reasonable pricing. They're the BEST!

Contractor's pricing was the lowest of 3 that we solicited for the work.  There were two reschedules after setting the first date for the work.  Contractor showed up on time (actually a little early) to begin work.  The installation of the beams took about one and a  half days to complete.  The beams In the living room were very large (6X12) and heavy.  There is no ceilings in the living room or master bedroom.  The tongue & groove wood ceiling will be installed later and is to match up to the beams.  When the living room beams were installed, they left gaps (up to 3/4") between the rafter beams and the ridge beam.  They mounted the ridge beam too low, so that I'll have to fill some gap at the top with some type of trim.  In the master bedroom, where the rafter met the ridge beam, the rafter hit the ridge too low.  There is about a 1" under-hang of the rafter.  Will need to sand and blend to make a smooth connection at the ridge beam.  Overall the quality of work was not what I had hope for.  I'll need to do quite a bit of work to cover up these defects.

We asked them to quote installation of tongue & groove ceiling and walls in several of the rooms that are being finished in our house.  After waiting over a week for a quote, they finally no quoted the work.  They should have told us that they were not interested in quoting it when I ask them to quote it.

I first met with Paul, and was impressed immediately.  He was on time for our meeting, listened to my ideas, made suggestions and scheduled a second meeting to work up a design.  He produced drawings, exactly on the date he said, returned calls immediately and was just a wonderful person to work with.  I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism-rare qualities these days.  The companies he brought to the job site were all as pleasant to work with as his full time crew.  I was staying close to new property so I was available if there was a question and tried to return quick responses to avoid delays.  I had always heard building a new home was a nightmare, but my experience was like a pleasant dream.  After working for 3 months with Kevin, Paul and their crew, I feel like they are part of the family.  They kept the job site clean and their crew of guys were respectful and responsive.

Everything was great. I didn't dislike anything. They were always on time. The work was pretty good. The interaction was good.

From start to finish, TBC was responsive, knowledgeable, and completed the job for the price quoted and on schedule.  Paul and Kevin were very responsive and on site managers of our project.  They offered great suggestions, were willing to listen and did what we asked.  We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the outcome of our addition.  So much so that plans are in the works to have them build and install new cabinets in one of our bathrooms.

Texas Best Contractors did a wonderful job!  There was no upselling from the start. I described what I wanted, they made suggestions (which I did incorporate) and delivered.  The contractor routinely visited the site, kept an eye out for issues and quickly resolved them.  I appreciated their professionalism and consistent timely response to my concerns.  
We are in an area that has strict building rules and requirements as a community in addition to the regulatory building codes.  TX Best Contractors were flexible and patient while we navigated the requirements to begin and complete the project.
I would not only use them again, but do in fact have additional projects scheduled with them to complete in the near future.

They did a good job.  They came out in November 2012.  They replaced some structural posts. They showed up on time and did a good job.  I would use their services again. 

Paul & his crew were all very communicative and professional start to finish. I had 4 bids and they were very competitive.   No surprises - and if there WERE any changes, they were communicated immediately - like someone running out of gas on the way - so that I would know that they would be late!  All went smoothly, and I woul not hesitate to use them again.

Paul & Kevin were both responsive and pleasant to work with, as well as very professional. All work was completed to our satisfaction. We had a small problem with a subcontractor's work, but as soon as we brought it to their attention they resolved it immediately. I also loved that all the workers spoke English, so there were no communication problems like I have had in the past. We will need more work done this year, and we will be calling them again.

Paul from Texas Best Contractors was very easy to work with. The estimate process was quick - Paul got that scheduled within a reasonable period, and he provided a clear written estimate. Deposit required was reasonable, and scheduling of the actual work was hassle free. The work was completed with no problems.

Kevin expertly piloted the project from our initial anxiety to its successful conclusion. Both Kevin and Paul are easygoing and a pleasure to work with.

All work was done as explained above and the job was completed in one day by a very experienced crew.  Our 40 year roof looks great!  Paul always ensures that a thorough job is done.

We are very happy with the outcome. The door is beautiful and well sealed.  We have hired Texas Best for other projects and they always deliver an outstanding finished product.

This project was completed in 2 days and looks great.  Care was taken to make sure the patio pitch ensures that water will flow off the patio away from the house.

Paul is very nice person and easy to work with.  He is detailed-oriented and maintained follow up and communication throughout the project. He delivered on the expectations that he set.  He quickly made adjustments when one of his concrete sub-contractors could not be available to begin our project as scheduled.  He hired another sub-contractor and kept the project on schedule. Within just 4 days, our patio cover was built, caulked and painted!  The finished product looks absolutely terrific and the inspector told us that our contractor had "gone above and beyond" in making our patio cover a very strong structure.  That's quite a compliment!  Paul also made sure that the job site was thoroughly "cleaned up".  We had obtained various bids for this project. Paul's suggestions and shorter project timeline were important factors in our decision to hire him for this project.  He suggested including a step along 1 side of the patio because there would be a large drop between the top of the patio and the grass.  He had also suggested that we paint the cover ceiling blue so that wasps and spiders would not go on the ceiling.  Apparently, they think it is the sky.  We appreciate his suggestions and are very happy with the beautiful patio cover, complete with rail, that he built for us.
