"I am terribly sorry you feel this way. We did everything we told you we would do. The hot tub did work after installing the motor and cleaning the filter. The issue was you had an outdated board that would not communicate with the motorWhen you asked for a refund I told you I could not because we had already installed the motor on the pump. I understand your frustrations but I did tell you that we would do anything in our power to make it right. And we did contact other companies to give you a call."
