+ -1 moreSolidly built Duplex- no issues to date. Any small issues (caulking around one of the tubs) was taken care of promptly. The project also stayed right on budget. No surprises. We were extremely impressed.
Description of Work: Family run company by Mark & Nancy Schwind. Mark Schwind built our duplex that we used for rental property. We hired Schwind Homes primarily based on reputation but also on quality of the homes he has built, and to some extent, the price. He keeps a close eye on the crews he has hired and always returns calls promptly. He is also very informative as the duplex was being built as we were there almost on a daily basis watching the progress. I also always appreciated the cleanliness of the worksite.
