Had the window worked on once before and the problem resurfaced. Was told by by contractor that I needed to get a waterproofer to fix the window leak. Could not find a waterproofer that would do residential work. I called Randall from S&L and he said that he would come out and look at my window. I had just about given up hope after a week when Randall called and said that he had misplaced my number. We set an appointment and he showed up on time, inspected the window and gave me an estimate. I accepted and added the replacement of a gutter downspout. A few days went by and Randall completed the window sealing. A few more days and the downspout was installed. The window is now water-tight and the downspout is doing its job. I am very happy with the results of the window sealing. I would certainly call S&L again if I need waterproofing. They were interested in taking on my problem, and fixed it. Thanks S&R!
