Matt and the entire Riverside Landscaping team was awesome! My wife and I have Matt a general idea of what we wanted, and his vision was very close to ours, and the work was top-notch. His crew was very sharp, and also cleaned up after. Absolutely zero issues, and we will be using Riverside for our next landscaping project for sure!

Great. Would definitely recommend Riverside. Matt is someone you can trust to get the job done right. Will be having him do some outside lighting in a few weeks. Can’t say enough good things about Matt and his crew. Thank you guys.

Matt and his crew were great- efficient, thorough and well priced. We would definitely recommend the business.

We hired Matt to fix our existing lights and well *** add new lights. Immediately after completion and payment we started having problems. Most of the existing lights were not working. At first Matt said the lights were good but now they need to be replaced at a cost of $4000 plus plus! Not part of the original estimate. Also, we have several wall lights that he agreed to fix but now states that we need to hire an electrician. I do NOT recommend Riverside!

Great! All work done on time & looks better than I had imagined. Certainly glad I found him. He got estimate to me quickly, I agreed to it & that is exactly what I paid. Easy to do business with & he always stayed in touch. Matt was always available.

This company was hired by my son's neighbor to trim tree branches. His workers trespassed on my son's property. Here is an account from son's wife: I think people need to be warned about this man’s business practices. Yesterday we woke to chainsaws in our backyard. This man had instructed his workers to hop the back fence into our property without any consent to come cut large branches off our trees. We did not hire him or give him any permission to do this. We did not even meet him until after his team had cut at least 6 branches (that we know of) right at the trunk of our tree. He insists they were hanging over into the neighbor’s yard who hired him. The tree is 15 feet from the back fence property line! He had no right to take our entire branches! We looked back at photos of our yard before he struck and the branches were not even hanging over. He had no problem trespassing and illegally cutting our branches as long as he was paid to do so. Be careful if you consider him for your landscaping services because he clearly pays no attention to the law. He knew what he did wasn’t legal too because he refused to give us his name when we confronted him about his actions. As an added bonus his team crushed our smaller plants with the large branches they cut down and there are gouge holes climbing up the tree from whatever shoes they wore to climb the tree.

His design was pathetic. He did a half *** job.

Right on time and had it done very quickly and quality work.

Matt and his team are hardworking, fair, and easy to work with. The quality of work that was completed has received many compliments from neighbors.

Matt at Riverside gets our highest rating for quality and service. He personally was on site with his crew who did an outstanding job of leveling and installing a beautiful retaining wall on a steep slope off the garage landing area, he installed new fill behind the wall, constructed the wall for water drainage and sodded the flat area held up by the wall. Also our home is heavily wooded and hilly and so post construction there were needed dirt work to direct and fix the drainage routes. The erosion control netting protected the new grass seeds from washing away and now the area looks great. The price was remarkably good. I will continue to hire Riverside Landscaping for all our future needs, no hesitation and highly recommend their work.

Overall excellent, as in any big project there were small items that needed to be addressed but what really impressed us was Matt's communication skills and his follow up and overall dedication to make it right to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. When working with any contractor trust is essential and we felt Matt was a professional we could trust to deliver an overall superior service.

They are always professional and Matt is easy to work with. Always a great job!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my back yard!!! Sincerely an amazing job done by this company again! I have used Riverside many times at two residences, for landscaping, sprinkler system issues, tree trimming, and weekly lawn maintenance. This time, like every time I have used them, they took my ugly yard and made it beautiful! They never fail to leave everything impeccable (no debris left behind), and they are very reasonably priced. The owner has beautiful design ideas that take what I’ve had in mind to a different level. He came out and made sure everything was perfect! Most owners just send their crew. Not to mention all of the guys are always friendly, and dog friendly. Added plus!

Matt and Riverside have done a great job with weekly mowing since I started using them in 2003.

Matt was friendly, easily understood what I wanted, and offered suggestions beyond what I had thought of. I had 4 quotes for the work, and he was the best price (one quoted twice as much). The project was completed over two days. His crew arrived when they said they would and did a beautiful job on the project. Matt asked me some clarifying questions halfway through the rock installation and was able to accommodate my design requests. He even included some extra work not quoted - above and beyond. I am thrilled with the result and will happily recommend him to friends and family.

We are very pleased with the work done on our backyard. We plan to have Mathew & his crew return to re-sod our front yard in the spring.

Matt's crew worked very hard all day long for several days on a difficult landscaping job that few landscapers would even attempt. He turned an eroding, and difficult to maintain slope, into a beautiful, multi level rock retaining walls that look great and add value to our property. His job was very professional and on budget. We cannot recommend him high enough.

Had them repair our fence after improper installation from another contractor. Wish we would have used them from the start.

Great experience and will definitely use again in the future

I had irrigation and pave way done by this company and everything was going ok until the owner finished the job and had my money and when I inspected the job he promised me that the company would come back out to grade the side of my house because it looked absolutely HORRIBLE. I trusted Matthew and his word and it has been almost two months of false promises and a half finished job. Spare yourself the headache and go with some true professionals and not someone that just talks a good talk then goes and picks up random workers from Home Depot to do the job with no knowledge of what they are doing! My new house has been ruined because of this company!
